Coco Coir Pasteurization:

Although coco coir naturally resists bacteria, we highly recommend pasteurization. You can achieve this by using steam or a water bath at 180 degrees for 1-2 hours. After pasteurization, simply squeeze out excess water and let it dry before use, with the use of latex gloves recommended for handling.
